  • Android App:
    • We have developed a native Android app that you can now download from the Play Store.
  • Players:
    • A daily login has been added that grants resource rewards each day you log in.
    • A referral system has been added that gives rewards to the referrer when the referred player reaches 10,000,000 total points.
    • Modules have been included as part of the savings by points, which previously only applied to constructions and personal research.
  • Boosters:
    • Two booster packs have been added, one for one-time purchase per user and one for one-time purchase per round.
  • Battles:
    • When selecting a ship, it now syncs with the ship tree.
    • When selecting a ship, you can now see the damage dealt and received.
  • Astrometry:
    • An icon has been added to show where relics are available for exploration (once explored, they will disappear for us).
  • Empire Points:
    • You now need enough points to build modules, space structures, and colonize; you cannot go into negative empire points.
  • Alliances:
    • You can now change the founder of an alliance.
    • Alliances no longer have types or specializations.
      • Now alliances will only have one alliance technology.
      • The technology grants alliance improvement points that can be spent on different upgrades.
      • All alliance components have been removed from alliances.
  • Components:
    • Alliances no longer share design components.
    • All components have been redesigned to create a clearer and more pleasant system to use.
    • Notable changes include:
      • Components now have levels, e.g., "impulse engine type A-IV".
      • Each level improves the base by a percentage.
      • Level 1 components are unlocked through research as before.
      • Level 2 components are obtained through map exploration (searching for relics).
      • Level 3 components are obtained through expeditions assigned uniquely per user.
      • Level 4 components are found in high-tier mission milestones.
      • Level 10 (ultimate) components are found between levels 35 and 40 of personal research.
  • Pirates:
    • Random ruins from astrometry have been removed; now only the main planet ruins of each player are generated. This is replaced by two new mechanics: explorations and expeditions (explained later).
    • Pirate AI has been improved.
  • Space Structures:
    • The Wonder has been added, which must be built on foundations; this will appear at the center of the universe halfway through the round.
      • It must be built and can be destroyed like any other space structure.
      • To win by Wonder, you must keep it alive for 1 week; only one alliance can win by Wonder.
      • The reward will be 500 novas and will be given to alliance members at the end of the round.
    • Sector defense will only participate on the defending side and will not be included in attacking combats or expedition-triggered combats.
  • Modules:
    • New modules have been added:
      • Deep mining module
        • Installed on planets, each level allows mines (from minal to ceramic) to go 10 levels above the current cap (currently 100).
      • Heavy industry module
        • Installed on planets, each level allows industries (from liquids to MA) to go 10 levels above the current cap (currently 100).
      • Heavy defense module (only available for sector defense and mothership)
        • An enhanced defense for late-game stages; weaker than sector defense.
      • Mothership inhibitor module (only available for sector defense)
        • Blocks a mothership from jumping into the sector where this module is installed.
    • Factorial speed has been removed as it reduced travel time too much and made the universe feel too small; now the Dyson sphere module reduces a percentage of travel time instead.
  • Interception:
    • Interception calculations have been improved.
    • A new control has been added to replace the speed slider, allowing more precise fleet sending.
  • Fleets:
    • A new "Explore" mission has been added that lets you claim rewards from relics found on the map.
    • A new "Expedition" mission has been added that lets you launch expeditions (explained below).
  • Policies:
    • Policies have been removed until they are revised.
  • Explorations:
    • Relics generated by the universe have been added.
    • Each has 3 possible rewards: component, booster, or novas.
    • The reward is the same for all players who explore it, but it’s single-use; you’ll only receive the reward once.
  • Expeditions:
    • Each day, 2 discards are added to each user (up to a maximum of 4; if you already have 4, the extras are lost).
    • These expeditions are generated completely randomly and uniquely per player.
    • Expeditions have requirements (such as carrying resources, a certain amount of attack, defense, or cargo).
    • Once launched, a single event will occur based on its probabilities. These can be good (e.g., gain resources, components, boosters, or novas) or bad (e.g., face a pirate fleet or a death ray).
    • You can choose to discard an expedition, and if you have discards left, a new one will be generated.
