Introduction to Trading
The trading system allows you to exchange resources, boosters and invest in the galactic market. Explore the different tabs to access each subsystem:
- Published offers: manage your active offers and their status.
- In delivery: track your purchase and sale shipments in transit.
- Resource market: create offers and exchange resources with other players.
- Boosters: buy and sell boosters for novas.
- Void Merchant: a mysterious merchant with exclusive offers.
- Bank: request credits and investments (requires bank).
Resource Market
- To create an offer, select the resource you send and the resource you want to receive.
- The price multiplier adjusts the exchange rate between both resources (range from 60% to 140%).
- Each offer is divided into packs that other players can buy partially.
- You can have a maximum of 3 active offers simultaneously (extendable with the Extra Offer booster).
- You can have up to 3 accepted offers in progress at the same time.
- The minimum offer is 5.000 units.
- When creating an offer, resources are reserved from your planet; if you cancel, they are returned.
Quotations and Requests
- Resource prices fluctuate based on market supply and demand.
- The quotation panel shows the trend of each resource comparing today's price with yesterday's ( up / down).
- Use the request buttons ( would receive / would send) to indicate which resources you need or have in excess.
- Request counters show how many players want to receive or send each resource, helping you identify real market demand.
- A resource with many players marking "would receive" indicates high demand: it's a good time to sell it.
Taxes and Fees
- A 10% tax is applied to both the seller and the buyer on each resource transaction.
- The tax is automatically deducted from the exchanged amount.
- In the booster market, a 5% bank tax (minimum 1 nova) is applied to the sale price.
- If you have a bank with the Commission Reduction module, you can reduce the resource tax.
Delivery Times
- Resources take 6 hours to arrive, regardless of the distance between planets.
- There are delivery speed boosters that can reduce this time.
- The Instant Delivery booster completely eliminates the waiting time.
- The bank can reduce delivery times with its time reduction module.
- In-transit shipments can be checked in the In Delivery tab.
Booster Market
- Boosters are bought and sold using Novas (the game's premium currency).
- The sale price range goes from 50% of catalog price (minimum 2 novas) to catalog price - 1.
- A 5% bank tax (minimum 1 nova) is applied and deducted from the seller's total.
- You can have up to 3 booster offers active simultaneously.
- Only boosters marked as tradeable can be sold on the market.
- If an offer is fully purchased, it is automatically removed from the market.
Bank
- Requires building a bank and equipping it with the corresponding modules.
- The station unlocks three systems: exclusive credits, investments and bonuses.
- Modules are upgraded with levels, expanding terms, limits and available investments.
Credits
- Request a resource loan that must be repaid with interest before the deadline.
- Interest formula:
Amount × (0,000% base + 0,280% × progressive day sum) - The credit limit adapts to the value of the selected resource, using nanofiber as the reference.
- You can only have one active credit at a time.
- The maximum term depends on the credit module level.
- You can pay off early by paying proportional interest for the elapsed time.
- If the term expires without payment, the amount is automatically collected from all your planets.
Investments
- Deposit resources for a term to earn a return at maturity.
- The return uses a progressive day sum; at 8 days you earn approximately 9.5%, and keeping one long term pays more than chaining several short ones.
- The investment limit scales with the value of the selected resource, using nanofiber as the reference.
- You can have as many active investments as your investment module level.
- If you cancel before maturity, you recover the capital but lose the return.
- At maturity, capital and return are automatically deposited on the station planet.
Void Merchant
- A mysterious NPC that appears every 2 weeks, from Thursday to Sunday.
- Offers exclusive boosters, components and resources in exchange for novas.
- It also brings a Void Lottery: each ticket costs 10 novas and you can only buy one per appearance.
- The visible pot already shows the final prize. When the appearance ends, all bought entries enter the draw and the void consumes 10% of the collected novas.
- Each offer has a rarity that determines its power and price:
- Common (40%) · Uncommon (30%) · Rare (18%) · Epic (9%) · Legendary (3%)
- Packs offer a 10% discount compared to individual purchase.
- Each appearance has a unique visual theme and merchant quotes.
- You can review your purchase history and visit counter.
- Offers are unique per appearance: each product can only be bought once.
Restrictions and Warnings
- A colony under attack cannot create offers on the market.
- If your planet is attacked, all pending sale offers are cancelled automatically.
- Deliveries in progress continue even if you are attacked.
- If you lose a battle with active offers, reserved resources become part of the attacker's loot.
- You cannot trade while in vacation mode.
- You cannot buy your own offers.
- If your bank is destroyed, active credits are collected immediately and investments are completely lost.
Tips for New Players
- Start by trading resources you have in excess for the ones you need to grow.
- Check the quotation panel to understand which resources are most valuable at any given time.
- Use requests (would receive/would send) to signal the market what you're looking for; other players will see your demand.
- Don't set the price multiplier too high or nobody will buy your offers. A multiplier of 1.0 is neutral.
- Check existing offers before creating yours: there might already be a favorable offer.
- The Void Merchant appears every 2 weeks with special prices: don't miss it!
- Deliveries take 6 hours; plan your resource needs in advance.
- Remember that when creating an offer, resources are reserved immediately: you won't be able to use them until the offer is completed or cancelled.
Advanced Strategies
- Monitor daily price trends to buy when prices drop and sell when they rise.
- Use the Extra Offer booster to exceed the simultaneous offer limit and dominate the market.
- Build a bank to unlock exclusive credits, investments and bonuses.
- Short-term credits (1-2 days) are most efficient due to the progressive interest calculation.
- For investments, aim for the maximum available term: the progression rewards keeping one long term open and at 8 days yields approximately 9.5%.
- The Commission Reduction module in your station reduces taxes on resource trading: every level counts.
- Combine fast delivery boosters with active trading to move large volumes of resources quickly.
- Watch the request counters: if many players mark "would receive" a resource, demand is high and you'll be able to sell it at a better price.
- Diversify your offers across different resource types to avoid depending on a single market.
- Before requesting a credit, make sure you can generate the resources to repay it: if your station is destroyed, you'll pay everything at once.
