Construction
Construction
- On this screen, you can build structures, with each level increasing the building's capabilities up to a base limit of 100 (expandable to 200 with limit improvement modules).
- You can assign a certain amount of robots to construct a new level; the more robots, the sooner it will be completed.
- There is a minimum of 1% of robots that you can assign to construction for security reasons.
- The shelter is not available for construction on all types of planets (not available in enclaves).
- Construction costs increase exponentially with each level.
- Nanofiber appears as a cost resource in some advanced buildings, but it is not produced by planetary constructions — it can only be obtained from asteroids.
- In the Planet menu, you can view a summary of productions.
Guide for new players
Recommended order to start:
- Assembler (level 5-10) - Produces robots that speed up all constructions
- Mineral Mine and Crystal Mine (level 10+) - These are the basic resources for everything
- Other mines progressively - Gas, Plastic and Ceramic
- Industries - Liquid, Micros, Fuel and M-A for advanced resources
- Shipyard (level 5+) - To build your first ships
- Shelter (level 10+) - Protects your resources from enemy attacks
Building categories
Mines
Extract basic resources from the planet
- Mineral Mine - Steel, concrete
- Crystal Mine - Titanium, glass
- Gas Mine - Methane, hydrogen
- Plastic Mine - Polymers
- Ceramic Mine - Thermal shielding
Balance all mines to avoid bottlenecks
Industries
Produce advanced resources and robots
- Assembler - Construction robots
- Liquid Ind. - Solvents, lubricants
- Micros Ind. - Electronic components
- Fuel Ind. - Ship fuel
- M-A Ind. - Antimatter
The Assembler is key at the start
Military
Defense and ship manufacturing
- Shipyard - Builds spaceships
- Shelter - Protects resources from attacks
Higher shipyard level = faster ships
Shelter not available in enclaves
Robot and time system
Assigned robots
- More robots = Faster construction
- Minimum 1% of the planet's total robots
- Busy robots cannot be used in other constructions or research simultaneously
- Robots are automatically freed when construction finishes
- When queuing more levels, robots are added to those already assigned
Time calculation
- Time depends on total building cost and assigned robots
- From level 10, time increases progressively (factor:
(level-10)/5) - Game events can reduce or increase construction speed
- Events can also modify resource costs
- You can see the exact completion date in the queue
Required resources
Each building requires different resources depending on its type and level. Costs increase exponentially with each level.
- Resources in red indicate you don't have enough
- Resources in white indicate you have enough
- Below each cost you can see how much you'll have left after building
- You can see the points each level grants in the building's wiki

Tips for new players
Best practices
- Prioritize the Assembler — More robots = everything else is faster
- Balance your mines — You'll lack resources if you only level one
- Build the shelter — Protects your resources from raids
- Use multiple construction — Queue levels with the selector + the icon
- Queue before sleeping — Make the most of offline time
Common mistakes
- Forgetting the shelter — Your resources are exposed to attacks
- Neglecting the Assembler — Excessively slow constructions
- Not diversifying mines — You'll lack advanced resources
- Ignoring the shipyard — Without ships you can't mine, explore or defend
- Hoarding resources — You attract attacks and lose what you've saved
Advanced tips
Production optimization
- Limit modules — Use Deep Mining, Heavy Industry and Military Expansion to exceed level 100 (up to 200 with a level 10 module)
- Resource modules — Install production modules for +50% per level on the chosen resource
- Specialize planets — A planet with a mineral module produces much more than a generic one
- Free fleet points — Not using your full fleet points grants a production bonus
Strategic management
- Events — Take advantage of construction speed and cost reduction events when active
- Empire points — Limit modules consume EP when built; evaluate cost/benefit
- Dyson Spheres — Build around stars to increase your fleet speed, without taking space on your planets
Construction queue
- Each building has its own queue — You can build several different buildings at once in parallel
- You can queue multiple levels of the same building with the level selector and the icon
- You can cancel a queued construction — you recover 70% of invested resources (30% loss)
- If you cancel, all subsequent constructions of the same building are also cancelled
- The progress is shown at the top of the screen with the exact completion time
- Robots assigned to the queue are added together when queuing additional levels
